For the french expats, Alliance Francaise has a film program as well, sometimes on URL campus and sometimes in their headquarters offices in zone 13. In this case most of the films are in french and spanish subtitles.I suggest you to pay attention to the french film festival which is a wonderful opportunity to get to watch some of the french jewels ussually not available in this part of the world.

I could continue with other nation's institutions offering the chance of watching movies, however, I mentioned the two options that personally I enjoy constantly, but I recommed to keep yourself informed through the web and newspapers.
