I live in Belgium and have worked in Luxembourg for 22 years. I would be interested in settling with my wife in the West Cape Town area when my children are no longer at home. I find this region superb and I am starting to learn about life and the habits and customs of the region. On the internet, I noticed that real estate seemed affordable to me compared to our regions.
