I am an HR practioner for the past 2 decades and had handled mid and large size teams and my core strength lies in OD and change management.
I hails from India and presently working in Qatar. The nature of my task is setting up of a corporate HR division while coupling 10 - 15 divisions of a business conglomerate to form a new brand altogether.
