Hi to all members, Having served in the RAF for nearly 31 years as an Aircraft Engineering Technician which saw me carrying out major repairs and maintenance on various aircraft like Canberra bombers, Jaguars, Harriers Mk 3, 5, 7 & T10 (plus Navy Sea Harriers), Hunters, VC10's, Tornado's, and finally Puma helicopters. My last post was at RAF Cosford Managerial Training School as a (Chief Technician) I was the sectional H&S, Environmental Officer, Risk Assessor, Manual Handling Instructor, Continued Improvement Officer, Quality/Auditor & Aircraft Hangar Manager. I'm now happily retired since Oct 2010 and spend most of my time in Bulgaria and Stoke-on-Trent, we live near the City of Pavlikeni and enjoy the country way of life. We grow most of our own food and relax with visits to local areas of interest and chatting/visiting local Bulgarian friends. We move over full-time early next year when my lady finishes work, can't wait.
