I have lived in Haute-Savoie for 32 years but am a native of central France and I work in Geneva. I would like to go to Panama for my retirement in 5 years (maybe before God willing!) and I am on this blog to have the best possible information. I will probably discover Panama in 2015 because this year is reserved for Budapest where I started dental treatment (and yes France is unaffordable for implants and for many other things...). And I'm tired of losing purchasing power a little more every day...France has too much social activity which is killing us...
