We are a retired couple thinking of moving to Baguio from USA. Wife is Filipina. I'm anglo. We have mentally ill son 28 who will need access to psychiatrist and meds. We need access to high speed internet, convenient shopping and a safe quiet place to live. I'd like to be close to schools to take classes. Any suggestions, info etc. will be appreciated.
