I'm going to Manaus in April with my husband, we are from Venezuela and from there we want to go to Rio de Janeiro, in reality we want to make our life there, we don't have children. My husband studies cooking and we would like to open a modest restaurant there. I would like information about renting a small house with the local or vice versa, not very expensive in a walkable area and where I can interact a little with people who speak Spanish since we don't know Portuguese.
