i am from Nepal. professionally a culinary chef specialized in continental cuisine and fusion cooking. i am very much interested and curious to work in Japanese Restaurants and learn about the cuisine. but i do not know any sources to apply for the job. however i happen to find your site browsing Japanese restaurants in its major cities. thanks now that i can hopefully go for my dreams. :)
