Hello, everyone! After several months of reflection, it's decided that we are leaving Belgium to settle for at least a year in Bulgaria between, say, Varna and Pomorie. Arrival expected in the second half of May. Of course, the primary objective is to find accommodation. We have consulted many Bulgarian real estate agency sites but without being on site it is not easy and how can we be sure that the accommodation will correspond to the photos and description...... So initially it will be a seasonal rental and we will see on site. And here is where all of you involved in this blog can intervene: find a real estate agency, how to say so as not to offend anyone, "clean"..... With your experience and your experience, I am sure that you will be able to guide us. If it is possible, dealing directly with the owner will undoubtedly be cheaper than through an agency????? But is this very prudent? Don't we risk finding ourselves outside in July/August to give priority to vacationers? Does the rent stay the same in the summer months or does it increase? We fell under the spell of Pomorie, which was less hectic than Sunny Beach. In any case, your experience, your advice and comments will be valuable to us and we thank you in advance.
