I then ventured to Austin where I went to The University of Texas at Austin. It was in uni where I caught the traveling bug after studying abroad. As it just so happens, my dad had/has a beach club and hotel in Trujillo Bay, Honduras which has just expanded into a turnkey condominium development. So when push came to shove, I decided to put off corporate America and move further on down south to join the family business. The benefit..? I get to live in paradise in one of our new, tropical, spacious condos with my boyfriend and one-year old son born in La Ceiba. You can't beat living the life of a beach bum in paradisewith a little bit of work on the side.
