I come from Paris, I have been married to a Vietnamese woman for 4 years, I have a 2 year old son named Richard. I am passionate about sport, cinema, wine, stock market, philosophy, history. I would like to open an electronic cigarette store as quickly as possible in Vietnam, I need information on the legislation in force on it. and take steps to open the company that we can sell on the internet.
