I live in Yvelynes, a retired civil servant, who has allowed me to stay as a tenant in Djerba in Tunisia for several years. I would like to buy a second-hand car 鈥渓abas鈥� which I will leave with my owner when I am in France. This is possible for me, if so, what paper do I have to provide?
