About
I am looking for a serious investor to do business in the Dominican Republic.
Whether in hospitality, real estate, agriculture, livestock, new technologies or other areas in which a viable project can be developed.
I offer all my knowledge and personal contacts of honest people to achieve this objective seriously and legally.
You can live there or not, depending on the agreement reached.
R.D. It is not as many times one believes as some commented in the forum.
Simply being on vacation for a few days (generally in a hotel) you almost always see things from a positive point of view, after beaches, drinking, fun, etc. etc and to think that everything is easy there). And it's not usually like that. There are cases that are contrary.
It is complex due to many factors in the way the country acts and thinks, the laws, public powers, personal powers, the lack of seriousness, responsibility, slowness (of many people), bureaucracy, etc. etc which are incomprehensible if one is not used to that system.
It is essential to have relationships in all areas and people, no matter how simple one believes there.
Light is a big problem for both home and business. It all depends on the sector in which one operates.
For healthcare, the logical thing is to have private insurance to be covered.
Crime is another factor to take into account that you are not used to either.
There is always business to do in many areas of the country and in different areas. You have to study the terrain well, work, surround yourself with serious people, and try not to have problems with anyone. Although many times some people look for it for you. That factor may exist.
It is also sad that in some cases many compatriots become infected or are already infected by nature and make deception an art.
Despite all the observations.
For the most part it is a country where there is joy, summer (the entire year), mountainous areas (where it is cool for a large part of the year), unexploited tourist areas, quiet and almost lost towns, a large lake, lagoons, desert, beaches, and more things to discover in the D.R.
With caution, a lot of tact and leaden feet, things can be done.
I hope these tips are useful.
If you want to contact me and see if something can be done, I'll leave you my email.
I'm in Madrid right now. Write to the e-mail angelhiguey@hotmail.com
