Our family has bought a 200 yr old house in Umbria near Preggio just North of Lake Trasimeno, South of Umbertide. We have planning permission for restoration and we are keen to start the work. We have very much enjoyed visiting Italy over the last 4 years and are looking forward to spending a great deal more time there in the future.
