I'm Belgian and I'm trying to help a friend who works in Nigeria. He was kidnapped, several times, robbed, in an accident. He is an engineer and has done work for Shell. He's in the hospital. I'm looking for a cheap hotel or accommodation in Lagos Nigeria, where what little he has left (clothes, his ID card, his work card) will preferably not be stolen.
