Hello, I am French and I have just arrived in Port au Prince for my husband's work. In France, I had my sophrologist's practice. I organized group and individual sessions. I worked as a sophrologist in various companies and at the Ministry of Justice. Sophrology is a technique that helps people cope better with difficult situations (sleep, post-traumatic stress, etc.) it offers a way to better manage their emotions and live in the present moment.
