About
My daughter and I are seriously considering a move to Panama. This is not a decision made on a whim but something we've been talking about for a few years. We've been to Costa Rica twice and loved it. Thought we might move there but have heard Panama is more affordable.
I have a modest source of private income so a job in Panama is not an absolute necessity, however, we do not want to sit around doing nothing all day so we are hoping to do some volunteer work ( and I would like to teach English - with ESL certificate).
We're looking for advice on areas that are safe for families, (near the Pacific coast preferably), tips on finding affordable housing, etc.
