I have to quickly choose between
- Chile (Santiago, Valparaiso),
- Mexico (Toluca, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro)
- Argentina (Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires, Palermo) and - Spain (Valencia)
to live and study there for a year and a half. What do you advise me?
