Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a 20 year old Brit living and working in Male, Maldives. I am teaching English to children age 3-13 in a language school called Language Learning Centre. Before this, I taught English for 3 months at summer camps in Italy and 5 months teaching English to children and teenagers in Vietnam. I left university before graduation. I believe in travel but not in the subjective and individualistic nature of mere sight-seeing, where there is no big investment in a collective identity but only the fulfilment of the role of the wanderer or possibly escapist. I hate it when people say they are "doing" Asia or Europe or a certain country by spending a few days walking around and staying in hotels. I'm a friendly girl but maybe a bit too judgemental and bossy at times.
