Hello everyone, here we are in fact we would like to live in Canada I say Canada not Quebec in 3-4 years only we do not know when should we take the steps if it is now or in about 1 year or even 2 years? My mom is on mutual insurance and my dad works as an employee in Brussels. He answers the phone more precisely.
