Living in Florida, spent some years in Hawaii working as a contractor (Pacific Medical Technology Testbed and Pacific eHealth Innovation Center) for Dept of Defense and the VA. Served in the US Navy and stationed in Subic Bay during the late 1960s. Love the people and country. Our business, Renascent3, is involved in Telemedicine (eHealth) and want to contribute to raising the quality of healthcare in the Philippines. Planning to move to P.I. soon and want to connect with local expats and communities for needs assessment.
