My name is Clare and I am the owner of Krakowketts the only recumbent bike hire company in Krakow. I first visited Krak贸w 8 years ago on a recommendation from a Polish friend and fell in love with the city, 1 year later I purchased a small apartment as a holiday home and visited at least 4 times a year. In 2012 I decided to leave my job of over 20 years and move permanently to Krak贸w but had to think of a way to earn a modest living not being able to speak much Polish. I have always been a cyclist and even raced for my local club many years ago but recently discovered the fun of recumbents and noticed that unlike the UK there were virtually no recumbents in the city and thought I could offer a different perspective to cycling, I am glad I did as everybody that rides one comments on how much they enjoyed the experience.
