My boyfriend, Sam, and I are professional expats. We've gone from South Korea to Turkey and now we're living in rural Costa Rica! Living & experiencing new cultures (and eating) on a budget is what we live for. It is our philosophy that having a small income shouldn't keep you from experiencing as much of the globe as you can.
