I'm Nuruddin Al-Masud born in Bangladesh. My expertise is in monitoring, evaluation, research, baseline survey, reporting, learning, and communication. I worked as M&E Specialist country programme of UNDP-Liberia during 2009 to 2011. I studied Masters in International Peace Studies in University For Peace (UPEACE), Costa Rica and Masters in Political Science under National University of Bangladesh. I would like to work in South Sudan as an Expat in an NGO, INGO or UN agency.
