GOOD MORNING! I married a Cambodian in 2011. marriage validated in France where my woman works (seasonal) and compensated by pole emploi in the off season. Her family instinct (she has a grown-up son there who seems to extend his studies as long as he wants and whom we help financially) is probably why she wants us to buy an apartment. to P. Pehn..What are the basic precautions to take? Would we both be owners? Can I have Cambodian nationality? what would happen if she died. The laws on inheritances are apparently those of the country where the marriage was celebrated. (in this case Cambodia) I know, that's a lot of questions at once. Thank you all.
