I come from a small rural town in North Carolina called Mt. Pleasant. It's located in the Piedmont area of our state, which is close to one of the biggest cities here in NC: Charlotte (aka) The Queen City. Most of my friends and family however live in or around Mt. Pleasant and work close to home. I've always been the adventurous one who wants to see the World (in particular, Scotland). To me travel & writing is very much the career path I'm heading towards....its just a matter of finding a job in those career fields ; ) . So, I'm hoping that with an Independent Scotland, maybe the future will hold many career opportunities for me over seas.
