Hello, We are coming on vacation to Thailand with my husband and my two children (3 and 11 years old) this summer (Phuket from July 30 to August 6 and Ko Samui from August 6 to August 14). We would like to come and live in Thailand permanently in October or November. We want to buy a business (guest house/hotel) in Phuket or Ko Samui, we are not sure yet, we will have a budget of 6,000,000 / 8,000,0000 bahts to buy a business. We would like to take advantage of our holidays in August to have more information on this subject and to be well advised (for purchasing but also for visas, schools, etc.).
