About

I am a Canadian Citizen living in Morocco with my husband. I started out in the Hospitality Industry in 1987. I studied at the Cabot Institute (College of the North Atlantic) in St. John's, Newfoundland where I graduated and received my Hospitality Certificate. I later moved to the Kitchener area in Ontario, Canada and went on to study Travel & Tourism at the Toronto School of Business where I graduated and received a Diploma with Honours for a grade of 96 percent. I spent many years working in hotels starting in houskeeping, the front office where I work my way to Front Desk Supervisor the to Assistant Sales Manager and Accounts Receivable to Guest Service Manager. I enjoyed assisting the outlets and other departments when they were short staffed. I have learned so much and I want to continue learning all the different aspects within the industry. It gives me great satisfaction and enjoyment to exceed my guests and my collegues expections.
