Hello, I have been looking to buy a house or condo in Thailand for 1 year now. I have a budget and I would like to have as much as possible with the little I have hehe. I have a budget of around $65,000 Canadian or around 1.8m bath. I would like to avoid touristy places; I find that we pay too much and I don't really like them.
