Hello, I am Canadian by birth and lived in Quebec. 6 years ago, I went to the Dominican Republic more than 6 times a year where I have an apartment in the village of Los Alcarizzos (Santo Domingo). I currently live there and would like to settle there for good. However, I need a job. I currently teach in a school that welcomes Dominican children with behavioral problems; learning and disadvantaged. I teach English and French to more than 40 students aged 6 to 10. However, it is more humanitarian work than paid work because I do not earn enough to live on it and that is why I am writing to you. Every year for 6 years, I come in December where I play Santa Claus and give more than 200 gifts to underprivileged children in my village. I love my little alley where I live and I have developed very close ties with the other families on the street who have all adopted me. So, I hope I can find a job with you so I can settle in for the rest of my life. Thank you for listening. Waiting to hear from you soon.
