Hello, my name is Isidro, I am Spanish and for 15 months I have lived in Colombia where I arrived for love. Since then I have lived with my partner and we have had an extrajudicial case. I had never left my country before and I did not know anything about how or where to process a residence visa or an immigration card. My time spent in the country passed and since I did not have the money to pay the fine I am still illegal. I would be extremely grateful to those who could Help me. How much would I have to pay as a fine? Could I pay it in installments since I am a Spanish social security pensioner and I earn little? What should I do to regularize my situation in the country since my intention is to get married and stay here indefinitely? Thank you very much-
