My name is Nelisiwe S. Sigwane. I am from Swaziland in Mbabane City. I am married with 4 kids. I work for Swaziland Tourism Authority as a Tourism Inspector. I inspect all accommodation establishments in the country to see if they meet the minimum standards set by government for quality purposes. I also advise the industry on new trends and on how they can improve their establishments. I have worked as a Touris Information Officer under the same company, where I dealt directly with tourists. I would advise them on what to do in the country and also suggest places to stay at and make bookings for them, as well as advise them on current and future events. I am a peoples person I can relate well with people. I can also handle admin work and can be placed at the reception, to warmly recieve clients.
