I lived in Villa FAP in Talara, an oil zone, quite quiet, the city without many luxuries, but excellent.
Everyone knows each other.
I worked in a city 80 km north of Talara, it was called El Alto
At the end of our trip, you could no longer walk calmly in the city, due to the problem of thieves, but you had to do your things in an orderly manner.
