Hi, I'm from Pisa, Italy. I asked for a 6-month leave of absence to work part time to gain experience in the catering field, together with my husband who has been unemployed for almost a year. I'm in the kitchen and he's learning to be a barman. as there are no job prospects here. Italy and having little savings aside, we are trying to understand if and where to invest in a business that allows us to live with dignity.
