Hello, I am Canadian and have been living in the United Arab Emirates for 10 years. In 2 or 3 years, my husband and I plan to retire to Panama. We are at the beginning of our research. We would like to open a Bed and Breakfast in the mountains in the province of Cocl茅 with our son and his wife. Could anyone give me information about this province?
