Hello - I've traveled to Scotland twice and am now intending to live there for a while in an effort to connect with my roots and expand my life experience in general. My mother's family is from Aberdeen and my father's from Glasgow; though the Clan name is from the Highlands a bit north of Sterling. I'm 60 years old and wondering about what to expect, of course, and seeking connections.regarding work and social life. Anyone need a friendly carpenter over there?
