I am a Canadian soon to retire in a little over a year at the age of 50 and I am considering a tax break and a retirement away from the Canadian winter. The tropical and maritime life of Bocas Del Toro really appeals to me. I'm still hesitating between Costa Rica, Panama and Ecuador. They offer interesting benefits for (pensionados).
