In possession of a Swiss passport and ID, I consider myself a world citizen. Having had the chance to study, live and travel in many different cultural environments, I truly appreciate a multicultural environment. Luckily I am gifted with good foreign language skills! Currently finishing my BA degree of media and economics at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), I am preparing myself to move to Budapest, Hungary. My father has been living in the Southern part of Hungary for over ten years now, where he and his Hungarian wife live and are involved in local communities. I'm looking for a job in Budapest starting from October 2014, more about that in the jobs section of the Blog ;) Since a bit more than a year ago, I visit Hungary monthly to spend as much quality time with my Hungarian girlfriend as possible. What amazes me is that so many Hungarians I've met so far are such friendly and helpful people. Many of them do not possess a lot materially, but seem much happier with what they have and are generally very generous and caring. Even though I will keep my roots in Switzerland, I am really motivated to move to Budapest in October 2014, in order to live and work there.
