San francisco, dom rep, quebec.... expat at heart. Hello everyone. We are currently expats in Montreal, of French nationality, and we are considering the question of moving to Spain, or to Polynesia, both in the hotel, catering and accommodation industry, the desire to open our own business (again) quite appeals to us. but where and how? our command of Spanish is very limited, but after 15 years of expatriation in different countries that doesn't scare us too much. The question is, before packing our bags, can we hope to find rental or management in order to be sure we want to stay there, in order to limit costs. is it better to start with guest rooms, restaurants, inns...?
