Marisela and I are currently living in TX, but moving to Atlanta, GA. I redesign warehouses and transportation supply chains and Marisela is a make up artist. We love to travel and dine. I play golf and love anything having to do with water sports. We are learning Spanish. I lived in Zaragoza for 4 years, while in the US Air Force. I have always loved Spain and we vacationed in the Costa Blanca and Costa Del Sol are in 2014. We loved Estepona and the area. We plan on coming back in 2016 to get to know the area better, then move in 2018.
I would like to message with other Americans in the Malaga area to understand the process of NIE and getting a residence card.

I have been looking at some postings on websites like idealista, and it turns out that those postings from agencies, the real estate agency is asking an agency fee of 1-2 months rent! I understand they're doing a job - but this is a bit ...
I'm with you, since there is so much inventory on the market, it would be crazy to pay this fee. Read More
