I am Moroccan with a master's degree in computer science and telecommunications in 2010. I did a doctoral thesis in Morocco but I found a certain problem which pushed me to think about immigrating to find work and if it is possible to find a university to apply for a doctoral thesis, I am unemployed I want to immigrate
