hi, from columbia, sc.am retired military looking for a fresh start on the second half of my life. was in panama 4-5 years ago and promised myself "i'll be back". am 60yr old white female, divorced and not into a party scene. are there any REPUTABLE agencies there to lead me through the maze of red tape from here to there? have no schedule so time is not important. i have my updated passport and birth certificate. just need a contact to lead me onward. i think boquet area is for me as i loved the mountains
