I am desperately looking for GOOD Taekwondo, karate, or Aikido classes for for females or mixed doesn't matter as long as females can join. Private classes or classes held at compounds or schools.
I am sorry to report that there are no classes for women. You need to find a private instructor who is willing and able. I would recommend joining a female gym that has BodyCombat. That is a lot of fun. Read More
