We live in France. My daughter, aged 22, will continue her university studies (Master 1 in business economics) for 1 or 2 years at the University of HCMC, as part of the French University Program (French Universities - Vietnam National University HCMC (PUF-HCM). Her classes will take place at 7 Nguyen Binh Kiem street, Ben Nghe ward in district 1, in Ho Chi Minh city. The university program will start around November 10 2014. I am looking to rent a studio or two-room apartment, furnished, with kitchen and bathroom (individual or shared with the apartment) in district 1 preferably, or in an area near district 1 close to the university. Ideally it would be possible to walk to my classes. If you are aware of such an opportunity, please let me know. We will travel to HCMC at the end of October 2014.
