Hi my name is Yannick, I am going to be 30 years old, I have been working in the wonderful world of catering for over 10 years now. Coming from the old school, I started at the bottom of the ladder until I rose to the position of manager. Position that I have held for over 5 years now. I left France 7 years ago. I spent 5 years in Canada and I am currently preparing to return there. In the meantime I wanted to take a break and I started traveling all over the world for a year and a half (NZ-Australia-Singapore-Malaysia-Thailand-Indonesia and more to come). And to be completely honest, I fell in love with Indonesia and more particularly with Bali. I saw that there was a lot to do, but that Indonesia has these rules. Today I would find it interesting to invest in a country like this. Unfortunately I don't want to settle here because other projects abroad already require my attention but I would be happy to set something up and simply finish with associate status. Like an investor who would simply have a say on the course of action to be taken by the establishment. No more, no less. Easy in the end!
