Dutch by birth, studied medicine, left for France at 21, studied at the language school of Nantes, worked as a receptionist in the hotel industry then sales manager for the Pullman and Altea hotels in Loire Atlantique. Translator/negotiator, travel in the main cities of Europe. Moves to several cities in France including Paris, several training courses in well-being, pilates, yoga, pranayama, nia then left for 4 years in South Africa. Stott-pilates training in Johannesburg......since then I have worked as a mind body and soul coach for individuals and companies in France and abroad. Back in France since 2004, Nancy then Cannes...attracted for a long time by Indonesia (my grandparents lived in Indonesia until 1955 with their 6 children!) and now my children have left home I have a whole new life to live.......
