retired - several stays in saly - wants to settle down permanently but is hesitant between rental and purchase - I spent my youth in Black Africa and I decided with my wife to settle for at least 6 months/year in Senegal. Or even be a resident there - I'm going there in November. Hesitation to invest locally seen political instability (Mali in the north) and health risks.
