Michel has a master's degree in economics with a specialization in business management. He also obtained a high degree in the banking sector from the technical banking institute CFPB Paris France. Michel began his career in accounting and finance, and held senior management positions in a number of audit firms in Ivory Coast. He then worked for the state's CAA bank where, among other positions, he was a microcredit analyst. He became head of the microcredit monitoring and assistance department, some time ago Michel became head of the Litigation department of the Internal Bank of the Public Treasury (ACCD). He then became a technical advisor in charge of social microcredit funds for the public litigation treasury (ACCC).
