London, England, England

Dec 2016 - Aug 2017

London, England, England

I moved to the English capital for a few months with the aim of improving my level of English.
During my stay I worked in a Mexican restaurant called "PONCHO8" (well no longer a fast food restaurant) located in the business district between Bank station and Liverpool street. I was initially a service employee, then after a few months I was trained in the kitchen. At the same time, I also did karate and competitions, since I was licensed in a club (Veras Academy) in Caledonian road.
The English breakfast, the discounts on food at the end of the day that some stores offer, which allow you to save a lot of money, the mood of the people (they are without filters and act without thinking what will these people think of me if I act like one..), the advertisements!!!
The high cost of transport, the closing of the clubs which happens quite early (at 3 a.m.) the rain often present is false. The price of rent is excessive!!!!!!

Buenos Aires, Argentina

May 2015 - Aug 2015

Buenos Aires, Argentina

I lived in a motel called the BORGES HOSTEL and I took Spanish lessons before the start of my internship at mundoespanol (a school that I recommend with teachers of different nationalities to get used to different Latino accents) the hostel is located on calle PARAGUAY 4739 in the PALERMO district of BUENOS AIRES. It's a very nice neighborhood I also recommend.
I am a student and I had an internship to do abroad. So I went through the organization which bears the name of the school that I mentioned above, which found me an internship within a company in events. I was in charge of the prospecting part of the international sporting event that my company organized every year.
The people there are warm and welcoming, The food is very good (especially the meat and asado) The capital looks a bit like Paris, it is developed and secure. Argentina's nightlife is lively in the capital, bars, clubs, restaurants... Girls like Europeans and being French is an asset for flirting ahahah
Some people have never or very rarely seen black people so they want to take photos when they come across them. It's not at all bad but it can be boring in the long run.
