About Activity

Granddaughter and great-granddaughter of underground miners in the mines of Lens, the mining basin of Nord Pas de Calais, this heritage that I carry with great pride. I am an "emigrant" yes I am a French emigrant living in Dakar for 10 years, I arrived in the professional context for a French Company, and very quickly I saw that this country had potential. Very quickly, completely self-taught, I launched into real estate, which is a profession that fascinates me. Human contact and I love houses so much, I also have a taste for renovating old houses and I feel good in Dakar. Dire que je ne vis pas bien?? Vous voulez savoir? Je n'ai pas remis le pied sur le sol de français depuis 2005....
Directrice et propriétaire de l'agence Lefebvre Immobilier Suarl, Je suis de nationalité française (ch'ti) et résidente à Dakar au Sénégal. Faire de ma belle profession aussi un travail de proximité, aller vers le client et avoir une approche simple et sincère. Etre aussi un négociateur s'il le faut, mais une bonne négociation part d'un bon conseil, tant pour le propriétaire que pour le locataire potentiel. Gentillesse, amabilité, disponibilité, peuvent rimer avec sérieux, équité et rigueur le tout finalisé par l'importance d'un travail bien fait.
